COSTS - Do I have to pay for my account now?

No, your plant up to 30kWp with the M-Package is still for free.

Plants above 30kWp are still subject to a charge, but with more features than before.
For the annual fee please look into the Pricelist.

ACCESS-DATA - I have to login now, but I don't know my access data!

In Solar-Log WEB Enerest™ you always need to login to see your detailed plant data.

Your login consists of your e-mail address (no user name) and a password.

Usually you have received your access data with your registration. In Classic 2nd Edition this was sent by e-mail.

  • My registration was done by a service partner. But I've never got my access data.

    Please contact your service partner and ask for your access data. Otherwise you can contact our support.

  • My service partner can not or would not like to give me my access data.

    If you know the e-mail address, you can use the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" function within the login dialog to retrieve a new password.
    If you don't know the e-mail address, please contact our support representative with your e-mail address and your Solar-Log™ serial number.

PLANT-COMPARISON - How can I compare my Plant?

We are well aware that some of our customers do like to compare their plants with others which used to be visible to the public. We apologize for the change and also ask for your understanding that these functionality is not available at present. We will provide this function with version 3.1.0 in a different and extended coverage again.
